By accessing our website, booking our services, or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Use of Services
PB Virtual Golf provides a virtual golfing experience, including memberships, bookings for virtual rounds of golf, training sessions, and other related services. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of PB Virtual Golf.
3. Memberships, Commitment and Cancellations
- Monthly memberships (FRONT NINE, BACK NINE, THE FULL 18, and TOUR CARD) are billed monthly and include a 3-month minimum commitment, which you acknowledge at checkout.
- The minimum is a good-faith commitment. If you are unsatisfied with our facility or services, are moving, or have another reason you need to cancel, contact us and we will cancel your membership.
- You may also cancel online from your member account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds for memberships are available within 3 days of the initial payment. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included on the PB Virtual Golf website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of PB Virtual Golf or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website or its services in a way that:
- Causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the services.
- Is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
